We have recently purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010.
I have only printed a few documents with it without problem. Today, after printing around 120 pages, I received an error message saying, 'Printer Carriage Jam'.
I have followed the instructions provided online, checked if there is any paper jam (there is none). I have removed the paper tray and the feed tray and put them again. I have turned the printer on and off, unplugged, waited 2 minutes and replugged. Used a direct power outlet. Nothing changed.
The print carriage is not moving even when the paper tray is empty and the printer is off.
Appreciate your help please.

Hi @BurcuBayrak,
If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
