Hi All,

 

Seem to be having an issue with the housing for the blue ink cartridge - I believe a very small piece of plastic is missing in order to click the cartridge down and keep it in place.

 

I am receiving an error saying that the cartridge is missing and so after exploring more this is what I've narrowed it down to. 

 

Would I need to order a whole new housing unit for the ink cartridges or has somebody come across the same problem and managed to fix it themselves?
