Hello I have a new OfficeJet Pro 8028 all in one printer with an issue concerning the cartridges; the cartridges provided from your product have failed to be recognized by my printer. I have followed all of the appropriate troubleshooting methods. I have removed and placed them back in numerous times, reset the printer as per instruction, and even gone as deep as to find if my printer has the updated filmware. I am lost and in need of help, I have done all that I can only to be faced with the same message,(Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer.)

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Use SETUP Cartridges' Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
