Hi,
I purchased HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3787 All-in-One Printer in Dubai and used cartridges (HP 652 Black & HP 652 Tri-color). However I have now moved back to home country India and need to change the location of the printer to be able to use the cartridges available here; i.e. HP 680 Black & HP 680 Tri-color.
I was contacted by HP Service Center so they could make the changes at their end with the details made available from the info print out from my printer. I now have got access to this info page and need someone at HP support desk to contact me and complete these steps to update the location. However there is no support contact number in India that I am able to connect.
Serial number: [Private information Removed]
Product number:T8W48C
Can someone please help!
Regards,
RameshT

@RameshT, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
