My printer was printing fine wirelessly with my chromebook but then a couple of months ago it wouldn't do it. My printer will pull a page and print the first line of a document but then it says it is jammed, but it's not jammed. The printer will print test pages and alignment pages fine and will print from my Windows laptop fine as well. I think maybe I need a firmware or other type of update for my Chromebook, but don't see one. Suggestions? Thank you

Good day. Thank you for reaching out to the HP community. I will be happy to assist you here.
- Did you try a firmware update on the printer?
Let's try these steps:
- Perform a hard reset on the printer from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-ink-tank-wireless-410-series/16180953/model/16180954/documen... perform steps from the section “Step 1: Reset the printer
- Then update the printer’s firmware by following instructions from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
- Use the printer's control panel to update the firmware for the printer.
- Run all the latest Chrome OS updates if available.
- Update the router's firmware also.
Now try printing from your Chromebook. it should get fixed.
