Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My printer could not print colors due to defective color head (Srl 3695551088487093)  since start i.e. from the date of purchase dated 03/02/2018. So many problems faced during the last  year. Now I have bought one HP color head and successfully replaced the earlier piece by the new one . Now problem is over. But matter of regret is that why customers should face such problems during work. The HP community should look into matter and inquire the dealers against the harassment to customers. Thanking you !
