This printer has been onsite for 13 months, it is one month OUTSIDE warranty...Due to COVID-19 it hasn't been used very much at all because staff haven't been working onsite much.

Problem: The printer powers up, cycles but there is no display, no network connectivity and thus no printing.  I have tried powering off for several minutes, unplugged for several minutes, and various other 'fonzie' maneuvers without luck.

I am hoping HP will come good on this, as we are a large school district and use 95% HP printers.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I suggest your best course of action is to engage the dealer you purchased the printers from and have them advocate on your behalf of contact HP tech support directly.

I created a ticket with HP and they didn't even have the decency to talk to me and instead closed the call with ZERO comments or reason why....

I know where I will be directing my 50 locations for printer purchases moving forward.... it won't be HP in case you were wondering.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
