Hello, I am trying to print some stickers on matte sticker paper. I have previously printed on glossy sticker paper (both the glossy and matte papers I have are made by the same brand) and the colors come out very vibrant and beautiful. However, when I print onto the matte paper the colors are very light and dull. I have tried to increase the saturation of my images as well as increase the contrast but they still came out looking dull and almost faded. Is there a way to fix this issue so my images come out more vibrant on the matte sticker paper? This issue is not limited to the sticker paper, I have tried printing images on regular "super bright" paper and they're still dull. They somehow only come out nicely when done on the glossy paper.
Thank you in advance!

Don't worry I'll try to help you out. Please answer a few questions below in order to assist you better.
Did you make any changes to your printer?

Are you printing from a browser or application?

I have checked the printer specifications and the printer does not support printing stickers.
Please find the media types supported by the printer.

Note: Refer page 289 for more information.
However, you can try the steps recommended below and check if it helps.
Follow these guidelines when printing on photo paper.
-
Use 240 pixels per inch (94 pixels per cm) for images that you want to print on smaller format photo paper, such as 4 x 6 inches (10 x 15 cm).
-
Use 300 pixels per inch (117 pixels per cm) or higher for larger format photo papers.
-
Lower resolutions might produce acceptable images when printed on rough-textured paper.
Follow these steps to check the print settings for your print job.
-
In the program you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print. The Print dialog box opens.
-
Select your printer, and then click the button that opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on the software program, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.
-
Click the Paper/Quality tab.
-
From the Media drop-down, select the paper type that matches the paper loaded in the input tray and then select the desired print quality.
-
Click OK to apply the settings, and then click Print.
NOTE:If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality.
