Product: HP Deskjet 3720
Operating System: iOS

Hi, I purchased the HP Deskjet 3720 Wireless All-in-One Printer on the 15th October used it that day for a few print outs and used again 20th October, and the colour is empty i have only printed out 21 sheets, half of that colour other half black and white. I thought the cartridges would last longer than that. Can anyone help me please

Hi,

 

Often the cartridges that come with your printer are setup cartridges that are intended to do the setup and contain much less ink that normal.

Can you work out how much coverage (in %) EACH sheet of your out put ? Please also note: printer will mix all colors to print in black & white UNLESS you tell it to print black ink only.

Sorry to tell you this, but the inks included in the new printers are called "setup inks" because they do not have a full amount of ink in them.  This is to "encourage" you to buy new inks sooner.
