I have two identical printers, both HP Officejet Pro 8610s. For ease of explanation, I will call one printer the Family Printer and the other the Business Printer. Both printers were working fine. Out of nowhere, I printed a document to the Family Printer and it printed on the Business Printer. The issue is with my laptop, since I am able to print to the Family Printer from other computers. I checked that the printer and my laptop are on the same wifi. I did HP print & scan doctor. Said it fixed a port issue, then the test print prints on the Business Printer. I checked in settings and Let Windows manage my default printer was checked. I unchecked it. Also, in settings under Printers & Scanners, sometimes the Family Printer is there, sometimes it's not. Either way, it still sends the print job to the Business Printer. Any idea what is happening & how to correct it?

Hi @Bopsea
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
- Are the printers connected wirelessly?
- Rename the printers and make sure to select the right printer while printing.
- You may have to reinstall the printers on the PC
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
