Scan to Email had been working fine for about 2 years… we recently switched our email from Rackspace to Office 365 so we had to update the smtp settings in the printer. I made the adjustments and tested it, got the "The test has been completed successfully." message and received the success email. But when I try it at the printer, I get "Connection to the SMTP server was lost. Try sending again." I've tried everything I could think of or found online, no luck. Any ideas?

Make sure that the DNS settings and the Gateway setting on the printer are correct. Set the secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (googles free DNS server)

Thanks Repairatrooper,

I double-checked the dns and gateway settings and added the Google defat dns (8.8.8.8). Same result. I did this though the web interface and not actually in the printer, in case that makes any difference? I just am not able to find those settings to edit on the printer itself. Anyway, as I said in my original post, everything worked fine until we switched to Office365 - could there be something extra I need to do?
