Everytime I print off a picture and then go back to print off a normal email I have to reset the printer.
Then about 2 times a day I get a Critical Error F0.01.01.02 which I see several people who have this printer are having the same issue with Windows.
I have to shut down and restart. Don't have time to continue doing this.
What is the fix ?

Hi @Jean317,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting the F0.01.01.02 error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e usually indicates a critical issue with the printer that could be related to hardware, firmware, or driver issues.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:
1. Update Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check for Firmware Updates: Go to the HP Support website or use the HP Smart app to see if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware can often resolve known issues and improve performance.
2. Update Printer Drivers Software and Drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer
- Download Latest Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers for your printer installed. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
3. Reset the Printer
- Perform a Hard Reset: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary issues.
4. Check Printer Settings
- Print Settings: Verify your print settings to ensure there are no conflicts when switching between different types of prints (e.g., photos and documents).
5. Clear Print Queue
- Manage Print Jobs: Sometimes, a stuck print job can cause issues. Open the printer queue on your PC and cancel any pending jobs.
6. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
- Inspect Printer: Ensure there are no paper jams or foreign objects inside the printer that could be causing the error.
7. Check Connectivity
- Network Connection: If you are using the printer over a network, ensure that the connection is stable. Try reconnecting the printer to your network.
8. Reinstall HP Smart App
- Reinstall the App: Sometimes issues with the HP Smart app can cause problems. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
