When trying to update the firmware i get the error message:  Firmware update manifest file is wrong.  Firmware update has been interrupted.  Firmware Version is IG_02_00_15.1

 

Any suggestions?  (just unboxed this plotter today!)

Never mind...updated to latest firmware using a USB thumb drive instead of the network.

 

All is well.

Hi.

 

I  have the same problem with the Designjet T2300 MFP (CN728A).

 

I have tried with: network, usb, thumb stick.

It doesn't work at all.

 

It have: IG_02_00_15.1 and i want ot update it to: IG_09_00_00.4

 

Should i update to the previous firmware: IG_06_00_00.2 , first?

Problem solve by upgrading first the firmware IG_06 and then IG_09
