Sir / Madam,
I have undergone immense trouble with my set of HP Office-jet 7740 Printer. I run a small shop with this printer. But lastly when the printer cartridges went out of ink, I bought the very expensive Printer Cartridges once again. But this time when I fit the newly bought cartridges with the printer, one of the four cartridges did not show working and thereby the whole printer was out of work. As there was great requirement of the printer for running my business, I at once took the Printer to a local repairing center here in Biswanath Chariali, Assam, India (as there is no Service Center of HP here) and the mechanics their told that the Printer Head was to be replaced and they removed the old Print Head Case and tried to replace with another one. But they could not get success as the new print head was also not working. At last I brought back the Printer to my shop again but it is now lying dead in my shop room as garbage and my business is also hampering so much without the printer. So, I request you kindly to send a service person to my place as soon as possible so that it can be re-operated as it is not possible for me to carry the printer here and there for servicing.
With regards,
