My NeverStop Laser MFP 1202w has stopped working. We've tried to refill the drum several times, but the drum refill light is orange and stays that color. No "+1" or "+2" is displaying in that panel, no error codes are displaying on the top panel, and the printer app says the drum is normal. It's still printing for right now, but it won't accept new ink. We've taken the drum out and shaken it at least five times more than once, and even reset the printer by holding the Cancel and Wireless buttons, but nothing is working. Do I need to just replace the drum at this point? It's only done a bit over 12,000 pages according to the Configuration Report.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting an orange light on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
Perform a power reset , Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates
