Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

According to google the E11 error message has to do with the ink, when I got this product from walmart, it only had a color ink cartridge. I've just changed it with HP's ink and the THING is still BLINKING after unplugging everything, letting it sit for 30 minutes the CODE is still BLINKING!!!! HP appears to be going to the DOGS
