So my printer is saying the issue e3 and sometimes e4 google tells me that e3 is a jam and e4 is a paper jam yet there is not obstruction or paper stuck in my printer

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting E3 error, I am glad to assist you.
- The printhead carriage has stalled.
- Lift the ink access door.
- Make sure the printhead cover is properly closed and the print carriage is not obstructed.
- CAUTION: Do not open the printhead cover.
- Remove any jammed paper or other objects blocking the carriage.
- Close the ink access door.
- Press the Resume button
to continue the print job.
