E4 error code is appearing only when printing 2-sided.

Troubleshooting has been completed, no paper stuck anywhere, rollers cleaned, rebooted several times etc etc etc.

Single-side printing is ok.

Double-side print job - rollers appear to be not feeding back into printer.

All is clean & we only use good quality plain paper, no glossy or sticker paper.

As stated - this error code ONLY appears when attempting 2-side printing.

There is NO PAPER jam anywhere.

Single-side print jobs are perfect.

Trouble-shooting procedures have been followed - printer will not do 2-side printing.

In this case, it could be an internal fault with the front and back sensor.

I recommend contacting technical support for verification.
