My HP ENVY Inspire 7200e is not properly receiving jobs from windows devices (my phone, my work laptop, or my desktop). When I try to send something to print, my printer will activate like it's about to print, but then stops. At that point, my device says the item is printing, while my printer says it has no active jobs. It's printing things normally from my iPad or my boyfriend's iPhone. I've tried restarting devices, removing and re-adding the printer, updating the devices, checking drivers, and running troubleshooting from the HP smart app. My printer says it has no errors, HP Smart from my desktop says there are no errors, and the HP smart app on my work laptop had a bunch of red "could not complete" for basically every step of the troubleshooting process.

Hi @caeribor,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with the printer not printing from your Windows device.
Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.
Let's perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and try re-adding the printer.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
