Product: HP ENVY Photo 6230 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My ENVY 6230 is either printing blank pages or such poor quality that hardly visible. It seems worse on black than colour. I've tried the usual steps of cleaning cartridges, updating printer software, etc but makes no difference.  Ink levels are okay, I don't use the printer that often. Tearing my hair out!

Any suggestions? Thanks
