Okay, I found my own solution. I am working on Windows 7 with Word 2010, put a graphic on a Word document and the same thing happened to me. I tried every suggestion on this site, the compressing (didn't work), the border (didn't work), and then I tried the cut and paste, but Paste Special didn't show up when I went to paste. It did work, however, when I went to the drop down arrow on the far left of the ribbon and pasted with the options that the Tree Doctor said to do. Yes, that worked.
However, right before I read the updated steps from the Tree Doc, I found my own way to get it to print in full. When I selected the graphic and then right clicked on it to cut, a little box popped up right above my pointer, and gave me the option to change the height or width. I changed the width ever so slightly, and and so never had to follow through on cutting and pasting. It somehow changed the size, maybe the pixels, and it printed in full. Trying to resize it any other way did not work.
