Product: OfficeJet Pro 8100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using Microsoft Word 2013.  Select Envelopes in Mailings, and set up envelope for printing.  Load envelope into tray using directions from HP website.  Verify that Word envelope printing options are set to match envelope orientation in tray.  Click Print.  Envelope loads, pauses, then starts to come out, goes back in for dual side printing, then comes out blank. Any thoughts?

As a test try printing on letter paper, do you see anything printed?
