Printer has been working fine for 6 months. For some reason it lost the wifi connection and now it cannot find my network when performing a network setup via the Wireless Setup Wizard or by entering my network manaully. All my other devices show this network as available and working. I have reset my router as well as performing a semi-full reset on the printer as well as a network reset with no change to the problem. The network list that is shown during the setup wizard appears to be older outdated information.  Many of the networks available in my area do not show on the list. Is the network card dead? Any ideas? Thank you!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

It's possible that the printer is still trying to use the previously saved network settings. Resetting the printer network settings should clear any previously saved network settings. Let's try these steps:

1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.

2.) Restart your printer, from the printer control panel, touch "Setup". Touch 'Network Setup", touch "Restore Network Settings".

3.) Power off your printer

4.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.

5.) Power on your printer.

6.) On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon .

7.) Touch the Settings icon .

8.) Touch Wireless Setup Wizard, select the network name from the list of available networks and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your reply! I ended up taking the entire printer upstairs to where the router was and tried to access the networks again and was able to find mine and connect successfully. I took the printer back downstairs and reconnected it and confirmed it still worked. Thanks again!
