Hello! I have the same issue with my printer. I already tried to restart it by unplugging the AC power, but after some time the printers shows the same message again.

Any solutions to this issue?

Dear Guillem,

I got a private message which led me to an offer to help me at distance connecting to my printer for about 25 euros. However, in my case it seems the wifi-unit in my printer does no longer function. So I called a local expert and he confirmed my diagnosis. He also told me in similar cases with this error, the printer was sent to HP and they could not repair it or it was much cheaper buying a new printer. I still can print but only when I connect my printer with a cable to the computer.

HP does not explain what this error exactly means.  It seems a weak point of this printer, almost like this is programmed to happen, so  you buy a new printer ... Very sustainable ...

Did you get a solution?  It looks like others have not had success wtih resolving this error code.  I have the same error code.  I also have tried many things and had the machine print lots of test and configuration pages. But the print problems continue and  it feels like being forced to buy a new printer.

If anyone found a solution to this error code, please post.

Hi @Frustrated1578,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are getting an error"0XB86B7430 " on your HP Envy 4520 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

A 0xd8077900 error code displays on the printer control panel, and the printer does not respond.

To resolve the issue, reset the printer, we have to try resetting the printer and check, if it fails then we might have to perform a SemiFull Reset.

Step 1: Reset the printer

To temporarily clear the error, reset the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Step 2: Perform a semi-full reset.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
