HP Envy 4520 All In One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 4520 has stopped printing in Magenta. The yellow/Cyan are working fine, but Magenta will not work. I have already tried cleaning the cartridges (both through the tools on the printer and manually with a swab), Have reinstalled drivers, and done all things recommended on the HP site. I am also an Instant Ink customer and this is one of the cartridges sent directly by HP. I have wasted so many pages trying to fix this, I am at my wits end.
