HP ENVY 7640 All in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

Hope all is well, has anyone experienced the same issue as me? I own an HP Envy 7640 all in one that has mysteriously decided not to copy on both sides. I can print directly from the computer or my phone double sided. However, I'm unable to copy double sided and the 2:2 option has completely disappeared from the screen options for printing. I do not own a desktop computer at the moment so i'm currently using my samsung laptop to connect to the printer wireless. The printer was working fine until I had to update my new credit card information for Instant Ink. Please Help...

Assuming printing two-sided is still OK, the following might fix the Copy...

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Copy > Settings > Default SettingsCopy Defaults (wording can vary)

Some / Newer printers separate the Tray and Paper settings away from the "copy" bits...

Check / Adjust...

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Click Apply to save changes
