Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have my 2nd HP Envy Inspire 7955e printer.  I had to return the first one because we kept getting "Photo Tray is Blocked" errors after plugging in the printer after setup.  This 2nd one is doing the same thing and 3 of us, including a systems support person, tried everything recommended.  Some other users were sent a private message re: reinitialization and I would like that information please, so I don't have to return this one and get another brand.  Thank you!
