Try these steps:
Clean the Printhead Contacts:

Inspect for Damage or Leaks:
- Check the printhead and the surrounding area for any signs of physical damage or ink leaks.
- Ensure that the printhead is properly seated and latched in its carriage.
Perform a Full Printer Reset:
- Power off the printer and disconnect all cables.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes to ensure a full reset.
- Reconnect the power cable and other connections.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Verify that all ink cartridges are properly installed and undamaged.
- Remove and reinstall cartridges to ensure proper positioning.
I hope this helps.

Hi @54823f,
Thanks for the update. Since the error 62.80.03 still persists even after performing all the recommended troubleshooting steps—including power reset, firmware update, printhead cleaning, and reinstalling cartridges, it’s likely a hardware-level issue with the printhead assembly or the carriage system itself.
Here’s what we can try next:
Check the Printhead Serial Number Region Lock
Sometimes, using a printhead not intended for your region (e.g., a US printhead in the EU) can cause this error.
If you've recently replaced the printhead or the entire printer.
Inspect for Bent Pins or Residue
Open the printer, remove the printhead again, and inspect the carriage connector pins (not just the printhead).
Even slightly bent pins or dried ink inside the connector could trigger this error.
I hope this helps.
