Error B8158376 during printhead alignment won't resolve after power on/off reset and manual reset of printhead (using the switch on the right of printhead). This error recently occurred after the firmware was upgraded. Anyone hear back from HP Support or get a resolution?

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.
