Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I'm trying to set up my 8015E printer, and I get the above error code. I've tried the following:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wait for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Check the wireless settings on the printer's control panel to verify the network connection.
Restart the Router:
- If the printer is connected wirelessly, restart your Wi-Fi router.
- Wait for the router to restart completely and then check if the printer reconnects to the network.
I need this printer for school. Can someone please help me?
