Approximately 6 months ago a new order of ink came, when I loaded it into our printer, there was an air and we were not able to even turn our printer on. I just turned it on and there is an air code OXB88573CO.

CAN YOU HELP ME GET THIS PRINTER UP AND RUNNING AGAIN? WE HAVE THE NEW INK THAT WAS ORDERED FROM HP ON AUTOSHIP. WE HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THE AUTOSHIP INK SERVICE, AND NOT USING IT BECAUSE OF THIS.
