Missing or failed printhead

error code 0xc19a0040

 

I’ve tried a hard reset and everything else I can find on these forums to try and fix this issue and nothing has worked yet. This error popped up today as I was looking at the printer. One page I printed was coming out and when it finished I was going to go onto my second needed form to print and the error came up on the screen. No power surge that I know of or anything strange that happened. Please help.
