Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Printer has worked great for many years without a hitch. Now, all of a sudden, the printer does not print and the display flashes blue with the Error code 72019922A. I cannot find a list of error codes anywhere that might offer even a clue about what might be wrong and things to check. I have turned the printer off, cleared the paper path several times but no luck. I hate to just buy new cartridges to see of that helps because if I end up having to buy a new printer, the new one may take another size and then I am stuck with expensive worthless cartridges. Lots of comments about this error code, but nothing offering any suggestions about clearing it. Heeeeeeelp please!

Request you to update printer firmware. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
