I'm getting this blue screen error code B8D42810 for my OfficeJet Pro 9015, I can't turn it off. What is this code and how to fix it?

To address the error code B8D42810 on your OfficeJet Pro 9015, you can try the following general troubleshooting steps:

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Plug the power cord back in.
  • Turn on the printer.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
  • If you find any, carefully remove the jammed paper.

Update Firmware/Software:

  • Check if there are any firmware or software updates available for your printer on the official HP website.
  • If updates are available, follow the instructions to install them.

Reset the Printer:

  • Some printers have a reset option. Consult your printer manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.
