I'm getting this blue screen error code B8D42810 for my OfficeJet Pro 9015, I can't turn it off. What is this code and how to fix it?

Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Turn on the printer.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
- If you find any, carefully remove the jammed paper.
Update Firmware/Software:
- Check if there are any firmware or software updates available for your printer on the official HP website.
- If updates are available, follow the instructions to install them.
Reset the Printer:
- Some printers have a reset option. Consult your printer manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.
