hello,
Assist on this HP laser jet Enterprise MFP M577 printer show 49.38.03 Error, To continue turn product off and then on.
I have turn it Off and ON and still not working, how do I upgrade the firmware because the screen is not showing menu.

Hi Omoba1,
Download the latest firmware of your printer model in a USB FAT32 formatted thumbdrive in its root directory.
Turn the printer off.
Insert the USB thumbdrive in the front usb port of the printer.
Turn the printer on.
Touch the display screen when the 1/8 message appears under the HP logo.
If doing this correctly and timely you will enter the preboot menu of the printer.
Go to Administrator -> Format Disk -> OK
Then back and select Download -> USB Thumbdrive -> the FW version will appear -> OK
After finishing installing go back and select Continue
The printer will restart
