Yes restoring to default did do the trick! I log into the printer with it's IP from a browser. I wasn't able to do it from the Smart app. Go into General >> Restore Default Settings. Good luck everyone.

Having the same issue too. HP Support Chat does not know how to fix. I did everything on the troubleshooting including
the factory reset too before calling. Had me reboot, tap upper left corner to get black screen, then tap 2 times upper right,
1 time lower right, 1 time upper right. you get the blue screen, menu, factory reset. Did this twice with chat, still not
working. Felt like they were playing games with the tap here, tap there.
I even actually put back the old cartridges to see if the 3 new color ones were an issue (OEM too).
Still not working, but they have escalated supposedly...
