Office Jet 6950First I got error message 0x610000-1a. I turned off printer. disconnected cord. waited 60 secs reconnected cord. Awaited maintenance to complete. Same message again. Cleaned printer heads per instructions (they were not dirty) THen got NEW error code 0x6100048. Says paper jam. No such Jam. in any case removed paper, reloaded paper. closed paper tray properly. Unplugged printer again (power cord to electric outlet). Checked inside machine no obstructions in paper feeding area. Checked printer cartridges. Black low. Replaced black. Message printer shutting down but doesn't shut down. Hit power button to turn it off. |Did not turn off. So repeated unplugging machine. New message afterwards: Message to load paper tray to start alignment. Checked paper. Then rmesssage of PAPER JAM to remove paper tray and reinsert to start alignment. Did that no luck.
