all done. My product is registered

My settings are admin password locked so I cannot re-attach it to the newtwork.

It prints with wifi-direct or ethernet, but I do not know the admin password so cannot set it up on wifi properly.

I have done a wifi reset (wifi+cancel) I have don't some other reset (power + cancelx6) to no affect other than it printing lots of pages.

Thank you for the response. However, as this printer does not have a factory reset option, contact HP Support team for further assistance as mentioned in my previous post.

That's what I did. The Virtual Agent couldn't answer my question (it referred my to resetting my windows password)

so I came here. as instructed on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

so here I am.

 

When I try to attch my printer to the wifi, using HP Smart - it prompts for the printer admin password, which I don't know.

If you cannot help, is my printer  permanently unusable?
