Product: Envy 114

And attempting to align the cartridges on my printer the result is alignment failed. what do I do now?

Is the print quality solid? If too many nozzles are missing and the print is not consistent then alignment will fail. You can try running a printhead cleaning cycle and then run alignment again.

My Envy 114 will not print and the Alignment  fails. I had give it a basic cartridge cleaning and a detailed cartridge cleaning tool. The ink levels are more than 50% full. Yet after all that my printer will not align or print. Help!

Unfortunately Repairatrooper,  I have not been able to print anything at all. I have attempted to print out HP reports and the machine believes the documents have successfully printed yet I get nothing but a blank piece of paper. I have given the printer both a basic and through cartridge cleaning but still my printer will not align and will not print. The ink levels are at more than 50%. Help!
