I have a LaserJet CP1025nw color with attention and go light on. I was attempting to update my firmware and had a failed update. I shutdown the printer disconnecting the power for 60 seconds and restarted it with same problem. I've changed power cord and waited 24 hours before attempting to restart with the same problem. Is there a solution to reinitialize my printer? I have updated my systems to Windows 11 since the error occurred.
