When trying to print from my e-mail I receive an error message "Failed to change the settings. Try again". I don't think I had this problem before the HP update. I really need this function. Please advise.

Hello @GenLeigh, @ceedub - Hope you are well!

Thanks for reaching out. I would like to help 🙂

I understand you are facing issues while printing from your Android device. I would suggest to try and use HP AiO remote app to print. If you are already using the app, uninstall and reinstall and check.

You can get the instructions here: http://hp.care/2fCNSCS

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂

I tried this several times and still does not work. On other forums every1 complaing. It appears to be a problem w Samsung Android Device and printing Gmail...regardless of t printer manufacturer/plug in. Everyone getting same message about not being able to print to change setting; retry button that does nothing

I can't even reply to this message It tyes over the pre-entered stuff that is already there, and when i tought it to add my own reply, it I can't even reply to your message right. What I type types over the pre-filled message on this post. So I'm repeating...I tried what you suggested and when I went to the website you posted for me and did it from there it worked. However, when I just went to my gmail app and tried it I got the same message. I have been able to do a work around by saving my e-mail files and I can print it from there. But I don't want to have to do this step. So why would it work through your link, but not directly through my gmail?

I've tried all the solutions including uninstall and install. Nothing works. Still a problem. The app cannot recognize a printer on the network and manual installation of a printer fails also.

I can now print documents but no longer able to print from Gmail.
