I have an 8620 and a Samsung Note 4. Cannot print from cell. Always could before. Now I get the pdf icon or if I do get the printer icon it says that I failed to change the settings. If I don't get that far, it says no printers. I have shut down printer and router. Removed and reinstalled plug in. Tried eprint. Very frustrated because it works then it doesn't work. Use this feature ALOT. Thanks.

The android Web view is not really necessary for anything. It should not cause the ohone to freeze. There must be something else going on in your phone. I would leave it downgraded. It is more of a nuisance in upgraded form. Maybe reinstall the printer to your phone now that Web view is downgraded.
