I have done all you suggested on multiple times on my Samsung Note. If you look at my message, ePrint will not work in a 2 step login process. I have previously managed to print e-mail from my Samsung using the HP plugin but over the last 4-8 weeks this has stopped functioning. I don't know if it was an update to the HP plugin or another update that has caused this issue. 

How does the HP plugin capture the printer name? If you look at my previous message, Samsung and Moto X are on the same wifi network but they pickup subtly different printer names.

Android System Webview updated today and lo and behold, I have e-mail printing working again!! Whether the fix will hold is another story. But somebody at Android maybe finally got word of the issue. If the fix doesn't work after a stint, I will report back here.

I gave up for the past couple of weeks on this issue. Noted the posting of apps updates to my android system, retried printing from my yahoo app, it worked.
