Same here. I can print photos now but still not email or pdfs. I even tried the hammer mill app that worked for someone but not for me. I have wasted si much time on this problem. Why can't hp fix this!

No it doesn't. I did that plus uninstalled updates to android system Webview and I still can't print.

This isn't a HP issue, it's an Android issue. I have a an Epson printer and also have this issue. I came to this forum looking for a solution to a broker problem and initially found it, but the solution no longer works for me for some reason.

Thanks. Anybody ever get help from samsung? I'm still hoping for a resolution. When I first installed our new hp printer, I could print from my android phone. Hoped removing android upgrades would help but it didnt.

It happened to me again after I removed some apps from my phone. Web view was still not updated. I ended up removing all printer apps. I had not realized I had several battling each other. Then I restarted to phone and downloaded the printer app. This fixed my print issues. I have a Galaxy Note 4. I can now print from emails and Web pages.
