I am pulling my hair out, my printer keeps pulling my card too far so it cuts off the top bit of the card. I've attached a picture. The thing is it has worked fine for months and then all of a sudden it's stopped working. I've tried resetting it, restoring it and trying a different design to see if it was the file itself. With no luck.

A4 prints perfectly fine, it is just the cards. Which as I say has had no problem until these past few days, I need to print these for a client and I am desperate for help. Though HP have none on a weekend, can someone help me please?IMG_3420.jpg

It's now doing it on certain A4 prints too! I am losing it!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

Does it happen if you copy a document on an A4 paper?

What's the weight of the Card that you are using?

Could you also print a print quality test report and let me know if the printer prints the whole page. In order to print the report:

1.) On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

2.) Touch Tools.

3.) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
