Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have been having a lot of problems with my printer.  Started with a jammed print job but when cleared it kept saying it was still jammed and then that the cartridge was jammed when it wasn't.

Now it's a blue screen with the number e 89193761 on it and all the buttons are flashing.  Any ideas would be welcomed please?

Thanks a mill Valerie

Hi @Valerie110,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving an "89193761" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
