Hi, I have a similar problem. My HP C4385 printer prints a sheet of paper every night with that header. I tried the steps you outlined with no success. I am using Windows 10 but the steps seemed pretty much the same. When I go to the drivers tab and try to remove the associated drivers, it tells me that they are in use, even though I turned the printer off and disconnected it from the computer. This is really annoying and any help you can provide will be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that your printer is printing a sheet every day, I am glad to assist you.
As you have tried all possible steps and still the issue persists, this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue,
I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

I had tried most posted solutions and currently have one that seems to be working although it's only been a couple of days. What I did was download a new driver, not the one for my specific printer (C4385) but for the 4000 series and so far everything seems to be working fine although my printing/scanning requirements aren't too stressing.
