How can I get rid of the "Claim Your Reward" popup! No matter how many times I click "no thanks" it always returns, endlessly? Will have to go back to refills if this is going to happen everytime I use "genuine".

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Is your printer working fine?

To disable HP Rewards on computers running on Windows, please follow the procedure mentioned below.

Open devices and printers using the control panel.

Right-Click on your printer icon in devices and printers.

Select printer properties.

Select the ports tab.

Uncheck the option on the bottom that says 'Enable bidirectional support' and click on the OK button.

Restart the computer.
