This is the message i am getting

There is a problem with the printer or ink

system> Press OK to try to recover, if

problem persists turn printer off, then on.

Contact HP if you continue to get this message.

Have contacted HP and answered by a computer that does not even have the fault on his list,

can some real Pearson help please

Hello,

In order to alleviate this incident, please follow the instructions in the HP link A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer Series.
