It looks like a complete firmware bug and no new firmware release until now. I'm HPE and previously HP (combined) since 1996 including HP PSG support training etc. This error repeats when a print job sent. Nothing to with printer driver or OS related.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We'd hate for you to be stuck in a situation like this. Because you matter to us.
Based on similar cases, these errors often indicate a firmware bug rather than a driver or OS-related problem.
Possible Workarounds:
1. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- This may help reset any temporary software or hardware errors.
2. Perform a Hard Reset
- Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds.
- This can sometimes clear errors related to the printer’s internal memory.
3. Check for Any Available Firmware Updates
- Even if no new firmware has been officially released, check HP’s support site for any beta or alternative firmware versions.
- You can find HP’s firmware update guide here.
4. Factory Reset the Printer
- If the issue persists, performing a factory reset may help.
- Navigate to Menu > Tools > Maintenance > Restore Settings on the printer’s control panel.
5. Contact HP Support for Further Guidance
- Since this appears to be a firmware-level issue, HP may have internal fixes or workarounds.
- You can reach out to HP’s support team here.
Let me know if any of these steps help! I appreciate your patience while we work through this. If there is a firmware update soon, that would likely be the best long-term fix.
Regards,
Hawks_Eye
